Movie/Date Night
Samma and I had date night again Friday night (see her blog for Thursdays' date night). When she got home from work we headed to the Thai Dinner for supper. We had 2 bowls of soup (Tom Yum & Coconut), then 2 appetizers (Tom Kum Tok(?) & Thai steamed mussels) and the shared an entree (Cilantro Shrimp).
After supper we headed to the AMC Parkway Pointe 15 (our favorite theater, Buckhead Backlot, is closed for renovations) to see the movie. Movie tickets were $10 each -- damn, just damn! We went to see:
The movie was good. It was campy and fun just like the rest have been. The only problem was there was an audio problem several times during the movie where the track would stop for several seconds :(
For me it was a great date night... But then again, it could have been McDonald's and a B grade movie, as long as I was enjoying the night with Samma.
